Dance studios and offices previously occupied by world renowned dance company, located on fashionable Chiswick High Street comprising of offices, dance studios and a derelict section of the building.

Savings £220k in business rates and £36k in steel screen security per annum

Large eight story landmark vacant office block located close to Wembley Stadium. The property had been granted permitted development but the owners sought full planning for two new buildings and asked Oaksure to manage the property during this time.

Savings £224k in security per annum

A substantial grade II listed building on the market and sold during Oaksure contract by GVA.

Comprehensive security using SIA guards and Property Guardians, , recycled 50 rooms worth of office furniture, provided access to surveyors, planners, council staff and planners up to ten times per month, carried out emergency repairs, external cleaning of the building.

Savings £63k in security over 7 months

Leisure centre featuring indoor basketball courts and five aside football pitches located in the heart of Camden Central London.

Oaksure’s Role: 

Property was squatted, used for weekly squat raves and severely damaged, Oaksure attended failed eviction, successfully negotiated with squatters to leave of their own accord, cleared three skips of wastes, pumped 12,000 gallons of water from basement, secured all windows and doors, removed barricades, secured and maintained public drive way.
