Housing Young Professionals

Young professionals face many challenges. Two of the most common are low income and a longer commute. Having lower income can prevent young professionals from being able to save for their own mortgage. A longer commute takes its toll on a person’s time and reduces the opportunities to participate in the life of the centre of the city. In the UK and London particularly, this effect is especially pronounced as people spend a greater proportion of their income on rent than elsewhere in the world.

The young professionals who are our live-in guardians have the flexibility in their lives which matches the flexibility our clients require for protecting their properties in the interim. This arrangement creates a win-win situation

By providing young professionals with low-cost accommodation, often in central locations that they would otherwise be unable to afford, we give them a hand to progress to owning their own homes and facilitate them having an active life participating n the heart of the city while they are young and without children.
