Oaksure’s Privacy Policy

Your trust is valuable to us and we know that how we handle your data can affect that trust. We, therefore, commit to:

  • We keep your data safe and secure
  • We don’t sell your data
  • We do not profile you from the data
  • You can choose to stop receiving information from us at any time
  • We destroy your data when it becomes irrelevant to the service.

For Guardians

Here at Oaksure we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide services to manage and maintain the properties.  We hold your personal data from your Licence agreement with us.  Our systems for holding the agreement are secure and locked.  Your email address and telephone number are held securely on the Cloud with appropriate secure access arrangements.

We will occasionally pass your first name and telephone number to our trusted contractors to enable access to be arranged for repairs.  They will hold this data for only this purpose and will not share this information with a third party.

From time to time we might send you details of any new properties which we have been asked to secure, for your awareness and to share with suitable potential guardians. If you do not wish to receive this information, please tell us by writing to guardians@oaksureproperty.com

For Potential Guardians

When you provide us with your personal details to enable registration of your interest in becoming an Oaksure Guardian, we hold this information for this purpose and this purpose only. We will send you advertisements for new intake of properties in order to arrange viewings.  We will remove your personal data from the database when you ask us to do this.  If you choose not to receive any contact from us, please email to guardians@oaksureproperty.com.

Duration

We will not hold your data for any more than 10 years after our last contact with you.  We will securely destroy your data at this time.
