We own a multi let investment property in Brighton with two vacant floors. We agreed a deal with Oaksure where they provided guarding services from on site personnel to prevent vandalism of the vacant space. Oaksure advised that the use of on site guards would result in a significant reduction in our business rates liability… Oaksure were able to achieve the significant reduction in rates liability that they promised and we have also found that their management of the on site guards has been very good and there have been no problems with their presence as regards other business tenants on the let floors of the building.
