Supporting Charities

We create social value from buildings which otherwise would have been left vacant. When a property is not suitable for domestic use we provide temporary space for charities at peppercorn rates, supporting them to flourish.

It is the mission of some of our charity partners, such as Audio Active and Proposition Studios, to support economically challenged people into the next stage of their careers.

Ensuring properties are used instead of languishing empty creates social value for the neighbourhood. Keeping the lights on shows the property is occupied and the outside of a property is kept in a good state of repair, which help to prevent there from being a hole left when a building is without a rent paying tenant.

Our live-in guardians and charity partners support local businesses with their custom, where there may have been a reduction of customers following a long-term tenant vacating a site.
